Analyzing the influence of pricing and promotion strategy of summarecon serpong related to customer purchasing decision
This Thesis aim to analyze wheather the product, pricing and the promotion strategy have influence to the customer purchasing decision in Summarecon Serpong initial selling. This thesis also analyze what is the most factors that become customer cosideration when they purchase a product. The data consist of primary and secondary data, collected from interview, questionnaire, internet, and magazine. The questionnaire distributed in Summarecon Serpong Pondok Hijau Golf Residence, in 2 cluster Topaz and Aquamarine. As result, the most factors that influence customer purchasing decision are pricing and product.
