Repairing and improving water bottle rinsing and filling systems to be used for educational purposes in the laboratory
The objective of this thesis is to repair, improve, reconstruct and redesign a bottlingrnlearning module that able to rinse and fill the bottle with water. This rinsing and fillingrnsystem is part of flexible automation training module of water bottling assemblyrnsystem that consists of another two different systems which are capping andrnpackaging systems. The purpose of rinsing system is to ensure that all the inner part ofrnthe bottle will be rinsed. The rinsing machine is equipped with air conveyor as thernfeeding and inventory subsystem. The rotary table is also used as transferring systemrnthat can rotate to the four positions in the system. The system also has a feature tornreject the unwanted bottle size. The filling machine purpose is to fill a bottle withrnpredetermined amount of water respectively to its bottle size. The actuator used in thernsystem is pneumatic components and motor. Sensor are used to control and gettingrnfeedback from the system. An I/O Shared communication system is used tornsynchronize the whole system.
