The purpose of this research paper is to study the strategy of Pancious PancakernHouse, the pancake restaurant in Jakarta. The author will analyze Pancious marketrnpositioning and market feasibility. Comparison between Pancious and its competitorsrnwill also be analyzed. The benefit of this thesis to Pancious is giving explanationrnabout Pancious positioning and market feasibility in the future.rnThe findings of this thesis are, Pancious is respondent?s favourite pancake restaurantrnbrand (80%) and Pancious has the most strategic location (60%) but highest pricerncompared with the competitors (48%).rnUpon completing this research, author can show that the potential of PanciousrnPancake House to grow in the market is high.rnIt is recommended that Pancious provides delivery service (50%), reduces its menurnprice (48%), enhances interior design (48%), and increases promotion (58%).
