An analysis of e-marketplace on the community: case study in xyz university
The purpose of this thesis is to study how to create a trusted virtual community and gain benefits from e-marketplace at the community. This thesis also intended to analyze the extended services from community portal in the University that can bring value and additional benefits for the parties inside. Method adopted through observation, interview, survey and questionnaire to collect all the data needed. Data collected is analyzed throughout current situation and also by future projection and estimation. To support this study, a case study of community in XYZ University is used and analyzed in this thesis. The result from both qualitative and quantitative data will be the key elements for making conclusion and this thesis will also show the costs and benefits that may occur for the creation of community portal in University.
