The primary purpose of this study is to analyze agent performance in PT. PrudentialrnPru Smart Synergy. As the author aware in the booming economy in Indonesia andrnthe need of protection to individual, the Insurance Industry is one of industry thatrngrowing significantly in last decade.rnSince the growing of industry is related with the agency performance and also itsrnagents, therefore the author wants to know why there are some agents that cannot bernsuccessful and why there are successful agents.rnThe author compared agents? total number of selling to identify which agents that arernsuccessful and what factors that support him to become a successful agent. Besidesrnthat, the author also compared from the length time they become an agent with theirrncommission that they get from Prudential in a month.
