The analysis of business strategies for casual dining outlets facing the global challenge - case study of bandar djakarta, ancol
A successful restaurant always implements business strategy to reach for greater profitability and survive in the market competition. This thesis measures the customer perception of Bandar Djakarta, examines the SWOT analysis and product life cycle of Bandar Djakarta as a benchmark to implement business strategies in facing the global challenge. This research uses quantitative ? qualitative and descriptive approach. The quantitative data that is obtained from the questionnaire?s feedback is processed usingrnSPSS Statistics Program and Microsoft Excel, while qualitative data is gathered from in-depth interview with Bandar Djakarta?s management. As the results, it is concluded that Bandar Djakarta has a positive image in the mind of customers as a high quality seafood restaurant. In order to achieve a bigger market share and sustain in market competition, Bandar Djakarta needs to maintain its consistency and build a good relationship with the customers as a key success.
