TELKOM as an InfoComm Company in Indonesia want to share its responsibility forrnadvancing the nation by empowering information communities to minimizing Digitalrndivide through its CSR program to improving the quality of education for generalrnpublic by providing access the internet and facilitating the creation of informationrnbased communities. therefore, the purpose of this research study is to analysisrnTELKOM?s strategy, How the implementation and the impact of its CSR to thernbeneficiaries (Effectiveness) and its reputation, so a qualitative research methodologyrnwill be used to conduct the research, Moreover, its CSR program has constantly gotrnan Awards but its still can not reach the highest level of effectiveness level, Furthermore, the research discovered that its CSR still needs a lot of improvements its management & publication, for it to gain better recognition, such as public awareness and trust in order to influence its positive Corporate Reputation.
