Analyses of axis promotion strategy using social media - twitter and you tube
The purposes of this thesis are to analyze the strategy and effectiveness of using social media as a promotional tool, and also to know how far social media can cover the right target market, so a qualitative research methodology will be used to conduct the research. The effective result of using social media as a promotional tool is information can be widespread, as seen from the number of visitors increased by six thousand more people who came to Axis Java Jazz Festival 2011. This study is useful to measure effectively the social media in order to reach success of the national GSM operator company, especially Axis.
