Hospital is a knowledge-intensive organization that delivers their service by utilizing its specialized human resources who uses knowledge extensively in order to achieve patient satisfaction and business sustainability. Hospitals must acknowledge the importance of their human resources and should always seek to better manage the human resources. Hence, the evaluation of hospital?s human resources is important. This study is aiming to evaluate hospital?s human resources from knowledge management point of view and to explore the correlation of training program with human resources productivity. The measures for the evaluation will be adopted from Intellectual Capital measurement, Skandia Navigator. The productivity evaluation is conducted using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and the correlation is obtained using spearman?s rank correlation coefficient. DEA provides the evaluation to find the most productive hospital in managing its human resources, i.e. the doctors and nurses. Gap analysis is used to describe the recommendation for the non-productive hospital in training program development.
