Promotional mix strategy of shell in BSD City
The purpose of this thesis is to help Shell gasoline station outlets located in BSD City area improve their sales and help them to make decision whether they should open more gasoline station outlets or stay with the current number of outlets in order to maximize profit.rnThis thesis is a descriptive study. There are two perspectives in this thesis, it consist of qualitative and quantitative research. The data collected are from the interview with the employees of the respective gasoline station outlets and the questionnaire which answered by 100 respondents who are the customers of gasoline stations outlets located in BSD City area.rnThe conclusion and finding from this thesis is that the key to winning the heart of customers in BSD City area are outstanding employee service, availability of facilities that support the gasoline station outlets, and doing the right type of promotional activities preferred by the customers. Doing all the key factors above will increase market share and therefore lead to maximized profit.
