Developing life testing system of barbie dolls' functions
The Automated life testing of Barbies? dolls project is basically an automation project of automating the manual operation of the life testing procedure into semi-automatic system. The work begins with the actual observation of activities of the workers. Observing how they coorporate with the dolls and then refering to the working procedure to design and develop the machine that mimics the action. Then, proposed design handed to the supervisor to be granted. At the end, an automatic and desired machine produced and planned to be put as a prototype for certain period of time. The machine itself is using servo motor as the actuator of the grippers, using current sensor to detect failure existed and microcontroller as the brain of the system. The machine itself named automatic life testing of Barbie?s Arm and Legs.
