Analysis of customer satisfaction regarding delivery time to increase sales, in business to business at PT. A (case study in automotive component industry)
Indonesia is one of the potential markets for automotive industry. The numbers of vehicle sales have a tendency keep increasing every year in Indonesia. It gives an impact for automotive component industry that supports automotive industry. The purpose of this thesis is to study and identify the level of customer satisfaction regarding delivery time at PT. A. The company is supporting components for other manufacture so prompt delivery is an important element. Because late delivery will affect the production process in other manufacture. So the author would like to analyze about level of customer satisfaction in PT. A. This thesis also will analyze the production process in the company to achieve prompt delivery. The result will show that the production process time will decrease in affect to achieve prompt delivery time and high level of customer satisfaction in the company.
