Analyzing the external and internal factors of consumer behavior towards purchasing decision of eco-friendly cars
The purpose of this thesis research is to identify which one of the influencing factors that has the most influence in affecting consumer buying decision in purchasing eco-friendly cars. This thesis research also identifies what kind of elements of external and internal factors will influence the buying decision the most. The methodology that is used in this thesis research is quantitative method. The data is gathered through primary and secondary data. This research proved that both external and internal factors have their own influence to consumer buying decision in purchasing eco- friendly cars. Personal selling, sales promotion and public relation are the elements of external factors that have significant influence and social and psychological are the elements of internal factors that have significant influence in affecting the consumer buying decision.
