The Impact of promotion mix on customer perception a case study of Velpa Restaurant Gandaria City Mall, Jakarta
Nowadays many companies try to tighten their promotion budget in order to survive in the industry. Meanwhile, promotion is the important tool to attract consumer's attention and generate sales. Velpa restaurant have a wide range of issues, the first problem is the impact of promotion activities in Velpa restaurant. The second problem is the unsuitable promotion media in regards to the potential target market. As a result, company should identify best promotion to be implemented. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the impact of Promotion Mix on Customer Perception, what variable has the most impact on promotion mix and customer perception. This research uses descriptive study and causal and gaining information from primary data. The result shows that there is correlation between promotion mix and customer perception.
