Analysis on the influence of corporate culture toward employee's loyalty (case of PT. XYZ)
The high demand of working in Oil industry, makes the company must being able to choose a good quality people. Since, the high quality people to work in this industry are still rare. Therefore, the company must being able to create the employee loyalty towards the company. One of the factors that influence employee's loyalty is corporate culture. The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the corporate culture in PT.XYZ in influencing the employee's loyalty at Human Resources and General Affairs, and Finance department. The study will help PT.XYZ to identify which factor of company's corporate culture that have can influence the employee loyalty. The primary data is obtained by distributing the questionnaires to the permanent employees at Human resources and General affairs, and Finance department. From the questionnaires the author utilizes statistical analysis using multiple regression method with help SPSS v.17. From the result show that the role model and ceremonies which are the variables from corporate culture have significant influence toward the employee loyalty at Human resources and General Affair, and Finance department in PT.XYZ. Therefore, improving the two factors can increasing the employee's loyalty toward the company.
