Impact of corporate culture on employee job performance in Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI)
The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is a correlation between corporate culture and employee job performance. This research adopted survey research design. The population of this research is the employee of Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI), Jakarta, with 277 samples. Primary data and secondary were used for this study. Data were collected through a questionnaire that was administered to the respondents. The hypothesis, which is, there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee job performance in RCTI, proffered was tested and relevant recommendation was made. Data analysis was using computer package SPSS Windows 20. The result from the Pearson's correlation product shows that the correlation result is 0.752 or 56,55%, which means there is a strong or high correlation between corporate culture and employee job performance. The conclusion drawn from the study is there is a strong correlation between corporate culture and employee job performance.
