Designing and constructing automatic rotisserie grill for beef
The purpose of making this automatic grill process is to make the grill process easier for people. By measuring interior temperature of beef and reading the surrounding temperature the box of grill apparatus, the automatic grill work to as well as the manual grill process. Furthermore, the interior temperature measurement is used to determine doneness of beef before and after grill process. The mechanical design and material selection supports the grill process. Rotary clam is designed to flip the beef from one side to another side. Stainless 304 and 316 are chosen as the suitable material for the grill device. The grill is intended for food, then safe material for food required. Moreover, the grill device also produces desire doneness for beef in any thickness
