Sentiment analysis of indonesian mobile operator with twitter data
The purpose of the research is to found the customer sentiment of several mobile operator in Indonesia, and find the specific words that related to the operator. To perform this we need to extract information from twitter. A tweet will be tokenized, and the tweet will be labeled as positive or negative tweet and analyzing the tweet. Based on the rules, the information from the tweet can be extracted by negative or positive feedback. The next step is to find what word related to the specific mobile operator. Lastly, some success factors will be developed based on the data gathered.
