Analysis on promotion strategy of Apartment Sentosa Residence Jakarta (2013)
This study tries to find out the effectiveness on promotion strategy of apartment Sentosa Residence Jakarta. An appropriate or effective promotion strategy is needed to improve the apartment sales. Research supported by theory of promotion strategy and all things related to the improvement apartment sales that became the basis of research, so that research is linked to the theories that have existing relationships with the goal of this research. This study utilizes quantitative approach to gather all information needed for the research. The quantitative approach will create statistical data and measure the effectiveness of promotion strategy towards Sentosa Residence Jakarta. Survey and questionnaires are conducted to help the author to gather all the data needed to complete the research. The questionnaire uses closed-ended questions, as the respondent has to choose preset multiple choice of answer. Result from this research shows that in an effort to increase apartment sales, required the role of promotion strategy. Either in term of prestige and reach of these activities as a positive impact and bring highest profit for both developer and future owner.
