The Analysis of consumer characteristics on usage of Iphone; a case study on Apple Smartphone in South Jakarta
Smartphones has been considered a trend in society that takes place in our daily lives especially amongst Indonesia. Smartphones is one of the sectors that do trade in communication, social networking and business management association. With the increase usage of smartphone and a competitive smartphone industry, this research would test on factors that may influence the adoption of a particular smartphone (iPhone in this case) from different perspectives with different views of consumer characteristics. The research narrows down to only iPhone users and it then classifies on what enables an iPhone to be adopted by a user. Factors such as consumer characteristics, perceived of usefulness and perceived ease of use will be tested upon in finding a conclusion to the research questions. In conclusion of this data only Perceived of usefulness and perceived ease of use passed the hypothesis for being the two only indicators in the actual adoption of the iPhone.rnIn this thesis research, the analysis elaborates from previous research, which consists of several journals on the same model. Data?s were further explored with the help of AMOS and SPSS statistical tools that helped to measure the variables that were being examined towards the smartphone industry.
