The Effectiveness of training at Hotel X in South Tangerang and its relationship with employee performance
This research paper aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training implemented at Hotel X, Jakarta as well as the relationship between effective training and employee job performance. Data was gathered using close-ended questionnaires distributed to the employees of Hotel X and results will be analyzed using the computer system SPSS. Data analysis was done using simple regression to find the correlation between the two variables. Findings showed that the effectiveness of training dimension behavior had the most significant influence on the effectiveness of training, while a result of employee performance appraisal shows that employees are performing well. Overall regression analysis results shows that there is a moderate to strong positive relationship or correlation between effective training and employee job performance. As the effectiveness of training increases so does the performance of the employees at Hotel X, meaning that employee job performance is influenced by the effectiveness of training.
