Financial perfomance analysis of small to medium size publicly held entrepreneurs in Indonesia
This thesis will analyze the partial of financial performance analysis of small to medium size publicly held entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The primary data is being used in secondary data through financial report from year 2003-2012. The data is being analyzed between financial ratios and dependent variable, which is debt to equity. The purposes for this research are to give a good measurement for private entrepreneurs who doubt or consider going public that is play a big role in the profitability, liquidity and financial efficiency measures. This research will also study about the significant relation towards the capital structure in the listed trading companies. Furthermore, this study also can instrument to investor, management, and creditors about the impact of the company after publicly listed in the stock exchange. The reason that the company going public because the company needs more capital so the company needs more investor and shareholder profit as the alternative for the stakeholders that have shares in a firm get their profit by dividend.
