Analyzing the influence of non perfoming loans towards profitability in public listed banks for the year 2007 - 2012
The purpose of this research is to examine the relation of Non Performing Loan to profitability of commercial banks that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using Return on Asset and Return on Equity as indicators and Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, BOPO, Net Interest Margin and Total Asset as supporting independent variable. The data being used in this research is secondary data from audited financial report. The author use banks financial report from January 2007 until end of December 2012 from 19 public listed banks.rnThis research is using liner regression method with pooled data. From the finding it be conclude that NPL, BOPO and NIM have a significant influence towards ROA while CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NIM have a significant influence towards ROE.
