The key factors of consumers loyalty: a case study of Telkomsel users in Swiss German University
This study was aimed to analyze the key factors of consumers? loyalty: a case study of elkomsel users in Swiss German University. There were 32 questions in the each of the questionnaire that was answered by 100 Swiss German University students from 4 faculties, which are Engineering, Information Technology, Business, and Life sciences. The study used descriptive analysis. Base on the result of this study, it can be concluded that Hotel and Tourism (HT) major, the age of 22 years old and batch of 2011 dominating the samples. Based on the descriptive analysis that result of the analysis shows that customer loyalty, product satisfaction, service quality and trust have above average points, as calculated with SPSS. In spite there are more several factors that can affect customers loyalty. Therefore it can be assumed that the level of level of customer satisfaction, customer trust, and service quality in customer loyalty is high.
