The objective for this thesis is to achieve a good sealing of packaging without any leakage. Design, develop, construct and test a packaging machine that will have a good sealing for eating utensils. the packaging machine is part of flexible automation system of that consists of distribution station and packaging station. the purpose of distribution station is to deliver the eating utensils from magazine to the packaging station with a delivery conveyor. Distribution station is driven by pneumatic and AC motor single phase. Infeed conveyor or packaging conveyor is the next system after being transferred from distribution station to make the packaging process running perfectly synchronize. Programmable Logic Controller is used as the controller.
