Analysis of Influencing Factors on Facebook toward Customer Satisfaction of toys Small Business (A Case Study of Xyz)
The number of Facebook user from Indonesia is one of the top leading countries in the world. This socal intended website is not only used for social life, communicating, interaction but also for e-commerce and branding. Therefore this research is conducted in order to find out what are the factors that influencing customer satisfaction in Facebook utilization for e-commerce purpose. in addition how is the effect of factors in using Facebook implemented as online small business marketing channel toward customer satisfaction. the sample of this research is the customers of toys online small business of particular shop XYZ. the research data is taken from direct customers as respondents during measured period. So the customersΓÇÜ├ä├╢?├æ?┬Ñ past purchase experience was statistically recorded through questionnaires form and was regressed by using linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. the result indicates that not all the implemented factors can simultaneously affecting customer satisfaction at the same time, but some factors are indeed affecting customersΓÇÜ├ä├╢?├æ?┬Ñ satisfaction individually including shipping rate, product picture and contest.
