This thesis identifies about merger conducted by PT. Bank Niaga Tbk. and PT. Bank Lippo Tbk. which changed its name to PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. owned by Khazanah Nasional Berhad, after merger in 2008 related to the regulation of Bank Indonesia, Single Presence Policy. This research analyzes the effect of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. before merger in 2006- 2007, post-merger in 2008, and after merger in 2009 with the financial ratio analysis, the value of the firm, and synergy calculation through the financial statements of each bank.
