Sport tourism is becoming a new trend at this time. at the moment, Muay Thai is a sport on the rise in Indonesia and demanded by the public. as we know Indonesias most visited tourist destination is Bali, which has some similarities to Thailand, and a Muay Thai Gym recently opened in this island. This thesis will analyze some approaches to introduce Muay Thai in Indonesia and involvement of the founder, the owner, the promoter, and the members. This thesis is qualitative with analytical and explanatory approaches. the purposes are to explore the development of Muay Thai which closely related to Indonesia martial arts. the sources of data are primary and secondary. the primary data is collected through in-depth interviews with the experts and the people involved in Muay Thai, and the secondary data is collected through existing sources. as the result, this thesis discovers the growth of Muay Thai in Bali, the possibility of Muay Thai becoming a new platform for international relations, and the role of Muay Thai as a tourist attraction in Bali.
