Employee Competence, Service Management and Value Creation: an Empirical Study on Intention to Buy Serviced Apartments Under Bird Group in Bandung, Indonesia
The fact that service management or real estate, commercial business keeps growing becomes the reason behind this research. It focused on identifying the influence of employee competence, service management to value creation and intention to buy in serviced apartments under Bird Group in Bandung. It focuses on study of serviced apartments under BIRD group, Bandung, Indonesia. Consequently, the research method used a quantitative research. It was supported with primary data from a questionnaire using Likert scale that was collected from 100 respondents from the employees of BIRD group, and secondary data from journals, books, and other sources. as the result, it is found that there is a significant positive influence of employee competence influences service management at 91%, service management influences value creation at 96%, and service management influences intention to buy at 95%. Based on this case study, the serviced apartments should improve the employee competence, service management and value creation to increase the intention to buy from the customers at the highest level.
