The Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment to the Organizational Learning in Soll Marina Hotel Serpong
As the visitor numbers within tourism in Indonesia continues to grow, the understanding of organizational behavior becomes even more important in hospitality industry in order to maximize the organizations performance. the purpose of this research is to analyze organizational behavior focuses on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, and organizational learning in hotel sector. the employee of Soll Marina Hotel Serpong is selected to represent the sample size of this research. Data gathering was done through quantitative method with total of 115 respondents. Data testing for reliability and validity is computed by SPSS software and data analysis is computed by AMOS software and interpreted with SEM analysis. the result reveal the indicators with biggest correlation of each variables and found that organizational learning is not influenced by organizational commitment directly, but influenced by organizational citizenship behavior of an employee that is influenced by organizational commitment.
