In IT or Business there is a point or an issue where is hard to align between IT world and Business expectation. In the other word is how the IT support could walk a line with the Business Perspective, building a bridge between IT and Business is a key challenge for IT personnel to help the Business institution or company to carry out their business process more efficiently and effectively. The purpose of this research which is to help IT objectives with SGU Business alignment, in addition the research might help the IT at SGU to increase their performance up to the next level as a business enabler. This means that must better align with SGU Business Objectives, since currently it still considered as support rather than become a key advantage to SGU.
