The Impact of using smartphone in a new online trading system on customer satisfaction : a case study at PT RTI
The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate whether smartphone can be alternative way to monitoring stock information. This evaluation first is to determine whether the usage of smartphone in order to monitoring stock information have an impact on customer satisfaction. The second purpose is to know when customers feel satisfy or dissatisfy while using smartphone for monitoring stock information and services which provided by pt rti, will be increase customer retention. The third purpose is to check if the usage of smartphone is related with the fulfill long term profitability for pt rti. The research will be mostly conducted based on calculating and analyzing the available data related to use of smartphone device, and its effect to profitable business. The data mainly will be collected via questionnaires, and from website. The result of the analysis revealed that there is an direct relation between the user of smartphone with improved company revenue, and to enhance services to the customer.
