The purpose of this thesis is to analyze variables of shell?s Promotion mix that satisfy customers and the impact of shell?s Promotion mix toward customer satisfaction in bekasi ? West java. The study is significance for the reasons to give the feedback to shell related to the implementation of shell?s Promotion mix that have been done in bekasi ? West java.rnThe result of the study indicates that tv?s Commercial and workshop branding are variables of the shell?s Promotion mix that satisfy customers. Other variables such as personal selling, sales promotion and public relation are the variables of shell?s Promotion mix that need improvement and development.rnThe implementation of all of variables of shell?s Promotion mix has given impact 61.4% toward customer satisfaction.
