Analysis of smartphone trend and lifestyle impact to the small medium business competitive advantage in Jakarta
The main purpose of this research is to study and analyze whether the smartphone trend and lifestyle can bring competitive advantage in small medium business. The research will be mostly conducted based on calculating and analyzing the available data related to trend and lifestyle of smartphone usage and its impact to small medium business competitive advantage. Primary data consisted of questionnaires distributed to small medium business in jakarta. Meanwhile secondary data were collected from external sources. Finding of this research is that there is impact of smartphone trend and lifestyle to small medium business competitive advantage. All the impacts related to competitive advantage is caused by user lifestyle of smartphone which leads to productivity, efficiency, and innovation. The conclusion of this research is that smartphone is not just a communication tool but it can do something more with its applications.
