Analysis of dialogue as the employee's performance based management system in PT Holcim Indonesia TBK
The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the dialogue as the employee?s Performance-based management. How is the process of goal setting, alignment goal, coaching and development support, performance monitoring as the building blocks of the performance based management. Which of these factors is the most influence factor to the performance dialogue? The impact of dialogue to the employee?s Performance, compensation, career aspiration and which factor give the most significant impact to the employees. Identification of the factors that give less influence and impact will also be part of the research purpose. Finding of this research is that alignment of objective is the most influence factor to the performance dialogue. The most significant impact of the dialogue is to the employees? Performance rather than rewards & recognition and career aspiration. On-going performance monitoring is found to be the less influence factor and career aspiration is found as the less impact to the employees.
