Analysis of internal customer satisfaction toward procurement department performance to improve operational productivity (a case study at PT Holcim Indonesia TBK)
The main purpose of this research is to study and analyze indicator?çös variables that influenceinternal customer satisfaction to improve operational productivity at pt. Holcim indonesia, tbk. The first stage is to identify the procurement perspective that has significant influence to the procurement performance. There are financial, performance, internal operation, and process perspective. Through those four perspective, it expected to be able to deliver higher level of customer satisfaction. The second stage is to identify whether any strong correlation between internal customer satisfaction toward operational productivity. The primary data is obtained through survey from 203 respondents in the company and structural equation modeling (sem) is used to obtain information according to relationship among variables and strength of correlation. This thesis found that the financial perspective is the strongest influence factor to procurement performance and internal customer satisfaction has strong relationship through operational productivity.
