Effect of application of Knowledge Management System (KMS) for enhancement of application prediction improved employee performance at Ikea Indonesia
The goals of the thesis knew the effect of knowledge management system, knowing the most dominant factors and determine the effect of each variable KMS working simultaneously to increase the performance of employees at IKEA INDONESIA. Data were compiled by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely employee of IKEA INDONESIA. The data were analyzed by the research explanations/explanatory research and quantitative methods through survey method and the processed through the SPSS program with multiple linear regressions. The results are contribution personal knowledge to employee performance is 0.328. Technology Literacy to employee performance is 0.415, Job procedure to employee performance is 0.234. Contributions influence personal knowledge, Technology Literacy and job procedure to employee performance is 0.740. It was concluded that the most dominant to employee performance at IKEA INDONESIA is Technology Literacy.
