In this thesis, introduce one of the supply chain model laternatives for PT Ace Hardware Indonesia as a retail business Indonesia and proved about how the Ace managed the inventory, such as analyze the sales and making forecast for the inventory. But the problem shown up when the Ace hold a lot dead moving inventory in the company because the company pruchase the inventory but not measure well for the sales activity. Furthermore, it provides the concept how Ace Hardware analyze the problems from projection inventory data from January to June 2003 and finally to choose the fit model of supply chain to the company.
