Many web applications in indonesia are built not based on security in mind. Most of them do not have awareness about security and it reflected on their work as the developer of the web application. This is proven by the fact lots of indonesia?çös websites are being hacked. Government tries to assess these websites using web application security assessment framework. But most of the result is zero. Now these frameworks are modified into more specific maturity levels to actually divide those applications who sit at 0 maturity level into more specific. The new modified framework is tested and the result shows that actually those websites maybe not actually really 0 maturity level.
