University Resource Planning is a method for the effective planning and control of all resources needed to take, make, ship and account for user (student, lecturer, and university employee) need in any Unvirsity. nnUniversity Resource Planning minimize the problem in file processing system and the workflow process will help to reduce the time process, separate paperless, more valid, reliable and efficient. nnThis theis focuses on financial business process automation. We discuss about any improvement or automation that can be made in business process of Finance.nnAutomation process starts from analysis, design, and implementation the process into web based application. The system design gives presentation based on data and work flow. The physical design gives the user interface design for inserting data to the database. nnPostgreSQL as database, PHP as Program Language and MS-FrontPage for construct user interface are used to develop Financial Business Process module.
