Design and Implementation of an Academic Process from the Students' Perspective for University Integrated System - Case Study at Swiss German University

As part of University Integrated System business process, academic process is a process that has to be carried out both by the academic staffs of the university and the students regularly. In the academic process, there are many activities that have to be done by academic staffs such as providing ad distributing academic information to the students. The staffs have also responsibility to maintain academic data in order to ensure the academic process well implemented. At the end of the academic process, the information and data will support the students to carry out their study. nnIn order to handle these jobs, manually system cannot be tolerated. Along with the growth of the university, the activity becomes more intensive and complex. University Integrated System is offered as the solution for the problem. By establishing academic process on the University Integrated System for supporting the student in crrying out their study, the university has given a good service to the students, not only giving a good infrastructure facility. In general, both the university and students will have many advantages in having and implementing academic process via University Integrated System.n
