Analysis of non-financial factors impacting sales perfomance in commodity industry - case study at company xyz
Employee motivation is one of the key factors in determining the performance of any sales force. Company xyz is still suffering to force the sales forces to achieve their sales performance. The purpose of this research is to study and analyse the influence of non-financial factors impacting sales performance. Company xyz intends to study what factors that influence sales force from both internal and external factors which are used to formulate the strategy to create competitive advantage in order to perform better and to win in this tight competition. The primary data is obtained by using the questionnaires that distributed to 40 employees of company xyz. Based on structural equation modelling the data is analysed using the spss, amos to test the hypotheses. The results show that not all the relationship is significantly positive correlation for increment of sales performance. Internal motivation from employee has most influence on sales performance of company xyz. External motivation not significantly influence, but there is room for company xyz in order to get better sales performance..
