The purpose of this research is to study and analyze whether there is potentialnmarket for mobile wallet in Indonesia, to analyze the adoption factor of the services,nto assess the consumer requirement and key success factors of mobile wallet solution.nThis study helps Technology Provider and Service Provider - Mobile Operatornto identify and evaluate a potential business on mobile wallet solution to meetncustomer behavior adoption and requirements.nThe research result indicates that Indonesia market is potential for mobilenwallet solution. Indonesian consumers adoption factor support the TechnologynAdoption Model where perceived usefulness has positive relation to attitude andnintention to use of mobile wallet, perceived easy of use has positive relation tonattitude to use, perceived of confidentially has positive relation to attitude but has nonlinear relation to intention to use and attitude to use has positive relation to intentionnto use. They prefer to adopt mobile wallet service if it is widely available. They alsonconcern on the security and prefer use in small transaction with less or withoutnadditional cost. It?s also found the investment on the solution is favorable for mobilenoperator to increase ARPU and to provide value added service to mobile subscribers.
