The purposes of this study is to analyze if the market re-segmentation and targeting process done by PT ABC will give a positive impact on the sales performance of brand X.nnThis study uses an exploratory research to get the qualitative and quantitative data relevant to the research problem, and also uses the statistical techniques to answer the research questions and to test the hypothesis.nnFinding of this study indicates that PT ABC has successfully improved the sales performance of brand X through market re-segmentation and targeting process.nnThe overall findings of this study suggests the way to improve the effectiveness of the efforts and resources of the company can be done by segmenting and targeting physicians as the company's customer using reliable variables or parameters.
