Integrating internet of things (IoT) sensors modules and solar PV panel to monitor selected environmental parameters
Environmental parameters have many impact and benefits to the human life according to the weather and air condition. Building network of sensors for environmental monitoring is needed to measure the environmental quality and the impact for the human health in some areas. The objective of this thesis is to integrate Solar PV panel with a network of sensor modules for more flexible deployment. Arduino ATMega 2560 is the microcontroller to develop and run the main programming of the sensor network. The sensor modules consist of five sensors to monitor the environmental parameters and the solar panel equipped with a battery charging system is used as the source of renewable energy to power the sensor modules."
