Networked computers nowadays are not a rare item anymore. It can be seen almost everywhere. Networked computers are essential for everyday work in office and Internet Cafe. But, networked computers have always been a problem to manage and control quickly and efficiently. The problem usually arises especially on large enterprises and offices. While hiring more IT staff is a good choice, it is a waste of money if one person can handle the job.rnrnThis thesis focuses on building the server of a system that is capable to control multiple networked computers concurrently for some increased response time to handle more than one job at once, added some security features for safety reasons, and somewhat efficient bandwidth management to do it. The work involves analyzing the problems need to be addressed, designing the server for the system using UML, and implementing it using chosen programming language for the thesis which is Visual Basic .NET.
