A good business is a business that can provide good products and services for its customers. Good products and services will result in customer satisfaction, and when they satisfy, they are likely to keep loyal to our business. Therefore it is crucial to always improve the service quality to improve customer satisfaction. One way to do this is by improving the business's system so they perform better and more reliable. rnrnThe main purpose of this research paper is to improve the business by establishing an automation system to simplify business process, eliminate possibility of stealing, and eliminate price confusion. This automation system will also reduce processing time, and paper usage. rnrnThe first step taken in realizing this system is by studying the current business process. Problems arises when performing this process are used as the starting point in designing and developing the automation database system. To explain the design of the proposed system, use case and class diagram are used. As for the physical design, user interfaces are used to make the system user friendly and easy to use. This automation system is design and implemented using Java as the program language, MySQL as database, and JDBC as the Java-database connector.
