PT.Mitra Abadi is a company that dealing with a customer and supplier especially in repairing a ship. The purpose of this research paper is establishing of used a computerize system that will be implemented in this company. My solution is to implement the Java Swing program with connection to Microsoft access as database. It can be called database system. This database system used to manage a customer record, employee record and item (spare part) record that receive from supplier. Design a well manageable customer database, employee database and spare part database, it used some designing process. Designing process is using Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram and Unified Modeling Language.
