Development of human resources system for a small company
The primary purpose of this research is to analyze the old system and identify problems that exist in the small company in order to create and design the best way to achieve improvement.The old system uses too much paperwork and it causes problems in the filing system. Sometimes the evidence, in this case; invoices and other kinds of paperwork is misplaced and no track record. The solution that the author is trying to create is that it will be put in computerized and more organized way, so problems could be eliminated.
