Product quality as a key success factor in Restaurant X
A restaurant should be concerned about the quality of the foods. This research is conducted to find out the success factor in restaurant X and which are the most preferable or non preferable foods in restaurant X. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause customers to prefer a particular food product and to make a particular restaurant successful. Methodologies involved in this research are both descriptive and simple statistical methods. The data collected in this research are from primary data and secondary data. The primary data are gathered through the questionnaires and interview. While the secondary data are collected from the restaurant management which includes dishes which had been ordered by the customers, number of covers and other documents or report that are required. This research focused on 3 problems: The factors that make customers satisfied and choose the products, the products those are popular with the customers and the products those are less popular with the customers. Overall the restaurant X is popular with the foods that are offered to the customers. This study is to give suggestion to restaurant X to improve in other fields besides the food quality to provide better service for their customers.
